How much you can claim
Doctors can claim based on two-tenths of the doctor’s annual salary for the period employed which must be stated on the claim submitted to Sector Operations.
How to make a claim
Send an invoice to Sector Operations with the following information:
- Payee number
- Agreement number
- Amount claimed
- Signature of claimant and date.
