This is the second Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory Report for Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora.

The measurement period covers the second financial year since the organisation’s establishment, from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

Health New Zealand’s total measured greenhouse gas emissions for the reporting year 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 were 205,275 tCO2e. 

This is a reduction of 14% (around 32,500 tCO2e) from the previous (baseline) year report.
