Services and funding model review
As part of the ICPSA National Annual Agreement Review (NAAR) in 2020, District Health Boards (DHBs) commissioned a review of the community pharmacy services and funding model to inform decisions about future requirements for community pharmacy services. Stage One of the Review is published below, along with the Terms of Reference, DHB feedback to NAAR, and a statement from the following provider representatives – Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand, Green Cross Health and Totem Group.

Wage cost pressures review
As part of the ICPSA National Annual Agreement Review (NAAR) in 2020 DHBs commissioned an independent review to better understand wage cost pressures in the community pharmacy sector. The Review looked at any wage variability that may exist across the workforce, and what comparisons could be made to other workforces.
