Section 19(1) of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022 provides Te Aka Whai Ora with a monitoring function to assess the performance of the health system in relation to hauora Māori.

These Quarterly reports are designed to be submitted to the Minister of Health contemporaneously with the quarterly performance report of Te Whatu Ora.
