- Remote Access: Staff and external health professionals can access the network remotely through Citrix.
- Security Users must keep their passwords confidential and follow Wairarapa District Health Board policies.
- Support: For access issues, contact the Service Desk at 06 946 9816 or via email, available Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm, and after hours for urgent calls.
- MFA Setup Instructions for setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are available for external providers and vendors.
